All dogs must be current on vaccinations. Written proof must be provided at time of check-in or your veterinarian may call or fax the information before arrival. Our fax number is 309-827-2100. All dogs must be parasite free. If signs of parasites are found, the pet will be treated at the owner's expense. We suggest all dogs be treated with flea/tick preventative and heartworm preventative before boarding. Also owner's must provide an emergency number where they can be reached.
Vaccination Requirements:
Rabies, Distemper,Parvo, Hepatitis, Leptospriosis, Parainfluenza & Bordetella
current with in one year.
Playtime Requirements:
All dogs are guaranteed a minimum of one hour daily of exercise/playtime. Dogs, over 6 months of age, must be neutered/spayed to join the doggie daycare groups, with written consent from the owner. Dogs joining daycare groups must be evaluated for proper group placement. The daycare evaluation fee is waived for boarding guests.

Resort reserves the right to refuse daycare acceptance to any dog they feel is not of suitable health or temperment for a multi-dog play environment.

reservation request below. Print the New Client Information Form and/or Boarding Release Form and fill out. Bring these forms with you to speed up the check-in process. Also to make a Reservation Request, just fill out the form and email it to us. Or you can print and fill it out, then fax it to us at 309-827-2100. All Reservation Requests will be followed up with a phone call from one of our staff members within 48 hours to confirm your reservation.

Checkout Time is 2:00pm. Checkout after that time will result in an addtional day's charge unless your pet is being groomed or attending daycare. All Reservations require a credit card to confirm.
